Awesome New Years Eve Class + Schedule

Thanks to all of you who showed up to the New Years Eve Turbo Kick class in Henrietta. It was a blast! I have some scheduling News.

As of Jan 10th my schedule is going to change:
Mon: Turbo Kick 5:30pm Henrietta
Wed: Spinning 6:00am Henrietta
Wed: Turbo Kick 5:30pm Downtown
Wed: Abs & Stretch 6:30pm Downtown
Fri: Turbo Kick 5:30pm Henrietta
Sat: Turbo Kick 9:00am Downtown
