Warning May Cause Face Plants In Scorching Hot Caffeinated Beverages
Sooooo...after spending a week moving, from the old apartment to our new house I'm pretty exhausted. But the really weird things is I was falling asleep at the keyboard, while talking with a coworker in my office 2 days ago. I'm talking about the full head bob and all (check out Christine Dwyer's Blog post of her son falling asleep on his rocking horse (see below)...that's me at my desk)...I'm lucky I didn't face plant in a scorching hot cup of coffee. Fast forward to today...and out of the corner of my eye I catch a glimpse of the warnings on the anti-inflammatory I'm taking for my hip pain. I see something like warning...May cause drowsiness. Grrrr....that's not good. Well it may explain while I have been resulting to heavy doses of trimethylxanthine taken orally 3 times a day...HUH?!?!?...you are saying...that means I'm drinking alot of caffeine rich coffee. So the good news is the anti-inflammatory seems to be helping the soreness in my hip from all the moving and my classes this week...the bad news for my classes is...a hyper Turbo Instructor who needs to work some caffeine out of his system ;-).
