TK Consumer Video Rumor Mill

--- From the moderator of Turbo Kick Fanatics (Yahoo Group) ---
Dear Turbo Kick Fanatics and Exercise Video & DVD
Fanatics,

You've all been asking me about the consumer video
version of Turbo Kick, which will be called Turbo Jam.
We are all eagerly anticipating its initial release!
Here is what I know:

The initial package is proposed to included a 30
minute intro of the moves and the Elite 11 moves
unique to Turbo Kick/Jam, like the zig/zag, etc. The
home exercisers will get a basic or beginner workout,
which will be much more basic than the current Rounds
we teach at the gym, but shall introduce all of the
elements of Turbo, including a 1 minute Turbo drill!

They will also get 45 minute all cardio version of
Turbo Jam and a one hour full length class, structured
very close to what we currently do for Turbo Kick.
Beach Body, the producers of Chalene's home video
format of TK, will also be making available for sale
an all abs tape, and some sculpting/toning material
similar to what we currently teach "on the b side",
that is, all that comes after the Finale.

Keep in mind that this is all up in the air and may
change, but is where things stand at the moment.

These dvd's/videos are projected to be filmed around
April.

Current TK instructors won't be able to teach Turbo
Jam as a Turbo Kick round at the gym, as the music
won't be sold separately. Regular Turbo Kick rounds
will still be rolling out though, so instructors and
gym goes need not worry!

R23 Arrival

Good News! Round 23 Arrived Yesterday. Being of the Working Class, I'm going to have to delay the full Debut until Saturday. I really only had a chance to give the music a quick listen and check out a couple of the combos. However I am planning on working in a couple of the more complex moves at the end of class today. Just to give everybody a feel for what is coming up (and to see how it is received). I will also be previewing some of R23 in Henrietta at 5:30pm on Friday also.

See You All Tonight :)
Mark
