Misc. Notes

As the boy wonder might say, "Holy Ball Batman." I'm loving the Ball Sculpt Express class on the new schedule. It is really working me to the core. It's kind of unique because all of us are learning a new format together. As we all get more comfortable on the ball, and get stronger in the core we will be able to try more difficult, and fun things on the ball. I encourage you to give one of the new ball classes on the schedule a try, you won't be disappointed! It adds a whole new dimension to your workout.

I Survived The Corporate Challenge

Well you may have noticed by my attendance on monday, that I survived the corporate challenge. I took it up a notch from last year (31:32) beating my time with 28:35. I'm quite happy with that, considering I only trained with 4 runs prior to the event. My legs were a little sore for 3 days after, but the event is always a great time so it's worth it. =)

On To The New

If you missed out on Monday, heads up. I have a new mix today. We are doing a little mix with Round 23, Round 19, Round 17, Round 16, and Round 17 & 25 Turbos, with a Round 18 Finale. I'm trying to stick to Rounds in the teens because the word on the Street is Best Of Volume 4 will be coming out Next. That should cover rounds 22 and up.

Other News:
Summer Sizzle Starts July 1st: so register at the front desk. We have much nicer T-shirt this year that are designed by a fellow member. All you have to do is attend 30 30 minute + Classes and you get a T-shirt. You are also registered for other prizes. More Details to come of course.

Ball Classes Coming to The RAC: You have probably noticed the new Resistaballs in the back of the classroom. Well starting on June 26th, the RAC will start offering Ball classes. So keep an eye out for the new schedule. We are also entertaining bringing in other new formats as well, so keep an eye out for changes this summer and fall.
