A little mix today

So it looks like I'm going to throw in a little something different today. I plan on doing about 1/2 of Round 23 and finish with Turbo through finale from Round 30. It will be good to mix things up a little bit. I really didn't have a chance to work on all of Round 23, because it was such a crazy weekend. I'm also expecting a new mix in the mail some time very soon.

I'm back from the Marival Resort in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico. It was a fantastic trip, with a little too much eating, a little too much drinking, and a lot too much of tequila ;-). Here are some photos of our trip!

It's time for Dirty 30

Round 30 has made it's first appearance on Monday, so stop on by this Wednesday for another round of it. And just a heads up....I will be out next week. So my schedule is as follows.

Monday - Turbo Kick w/ Karen ( A fantastic new turbo instructor )

Wednesday- Turbo Kick w/ Lynn( A good friend of mine and great Turbo instructor )

So don't worry...turbo will be in the house while I'm away. So keep on coming...I can't wait to be back for another dose of Round 30 =).

I think we may have done Round this past winter, but it's been becoming one of my favorites. So we are looking at least of week of Round 25 in the forecast!!!
